The Mustang GT 4.6L Performance Improvment (PI) Intake Manifold is designed by Ford for their silent warranty direct replacement for the 1999-01 Mustang GT 4.6L SOHC 2V.

The PI Production plastic intake manifold is the same one used on 01-04 4.6L SOHC 2V Mustang GT. Designed as a less expensive alternative to aftermarket performance intake manifolds with PI or Patriot Head swaps.

This manifold fits all 1999-04 Power Improvement head ports and can be used on 1996-98 engines with PI heads or Patriot Heads (additional modifications and parts required call for details).

Installation is fast and simple taking only a couple of hours with only basic hand tools. If you've never done it before, you can install this product with complete confidence.

Many Mustang owners are replacing their stock 4.6L 2V engine with the larger 5.4L 2V truck engine. However, there are no performance manifolds available for the larger engine.
