 Pro Products EFI Fuel Rail Kits (supports 1000 +hp)

Don't waste time and money trying to modify OE fuel delivery components, replace them with a Fuel Rail Kit from Professional Products. The basic kit includes a pair of anodized billet aluminum fuel rails with stainless mounting hardware and polished brackets. Or get the complete kit that adds AN-connector braided stainless hose assemblies and all necessary fittings.
Why you should you change your foratory fuel rails! Ford factory OE fuel rails provide an adequate fuel delivery system, but when you increase your engines power output or add an aftermarket
supercharger, larger fuel injectors and or fuel pumps the factory fuel rails become inadequate. The factory fuel rails become so restrictive, it’s amazing that they will allow enough fuel to enter the engine to produce the amount of power that it does.
ProProducts complete Kit is shown below that includes an adjustable fuel pressure regulator (96-98 only), a stainless braided -6 AN fuel
crossover hose, stainless steel mounting brackets and hardware, plus other necessary fittings adapter fittings to connect to stock inlet and return fuel lines,
as well as -6AN and -8AN fittings for those want to plumb their own inlet and return fuel lines

When is it time to upgrade the fuel pumps?
We have found that when you increase the power of your vehicle above 500 HP, the factory 110 LPH Fuel pumps will become inadequate. As your engine develops higher levels of power, one critical process is almost always overlooked: fuel delivery and supply. Your engine’s fuel demand must match the airflow requirements of your engine throughout the entire rpm operating range. “Dyno” testing has found that even dual factory 110 liters per hour fuel pumps, run short of volume and pressure above 4000 rpm.
We have developed, tested and can now provide the perfect fix for this process Our two-pump GT 40 SUPERCAR Fuel Pump kit will upgrade the stock high pressure, low volume pumps with high performance Ford “race proven” fuel pumps. The GT 40 SUPERCAR Fuel Pumps are variable speed high-output pumps that flow up to 300 liters per hour at 17 volts. With this pump upgrade, your vehicle will be more than capable of maintaining fuel volume without any pressure drop off, and will supply fuel demands up to 800+ hp.
Replacement can be accomplished with simple hand tools in under 2 hours

ProCharger Boost-A-Pump Fuel Pump Voltage Booster
Adding a turbo or supercharger to your engine is a great way to improve the power of your vehicle. But you have to remember that when you increase the air intake you MUST
increase fuel volume proportionally. Meeting these new fuel demands require larger injectors and ECU programming, both which cost BIG dollars.
ProCharger Boost-A-Pump is the economical (and easy) answer for your engine’s new fuel demands. As boost pressure increases in the manifold, the ProCharger Boost-A-Pump increases
voltage to the electric fuel pump to maintain the fuel volume. The amount of voltage is adjustable with a potentiometer from a range of an additional 1.5 volts to a
maximum output of 22 volts over a range of 5 – 30 psi.
FYI: Unlike the Kennybell and MSD boost-a-pumps the ProCharger Boost-A-Pump CAN be used on fuel
systems without a return line.
